I enjoy smoking a cigar or cigarello to mark certain occasions but dont know what kind to get and would like some suggestions. I’ve tried pillies peach flavored but would like some other suggestions. and please for the love of God himself, dont give me an aswer saying, “Smoking is bad for you, its a bad habit, it smells, don’t do it.” If you are an anti smoker, keep it to yourself and dont waste my time. I already know all that.

I would go with cigarillow, and specifically either Cohibas or Al Capones. First, they save longer than cigars. Second, they come in different flavors, but even the originals taste good. Third, they come in packs for the same price of a decent cigar. They may not be as powerful as cigars, but they’re smaller size makes them easier to handle and you don’t have to smoke a whole lot in one sitting. I am a casual smoker and do it for special occasions, and I have found these to be my pick. Since I don’t know where you are it is hard to recommend a cigar, but I usually go to the cigar shop and ask the clerk for some advice. They usually know best. Have a good Christmas!

I am not going to tell you that smoking is bad for you. What I WILL tell you is that smoking machine made, gas station dreck like Phillies IS bad for you!
If you want to enjoy a cigar to smoke on special occasions, go to a cigar shops or decent tobacconist with a humidor and get a handrolled cigar. You can actually find some fairly inexpensive ones that are miles better than them thar Phillies.
Flor de Oliva bundled cigars come in Sumatran, Corojo and Maduro wrappers and should cost you less than $2 a stick. For a couple of dollars more you can get decent Ct. Shade wrapped cigars like Fonseca, Helix and Macanudo. If you are a novice, tell the tobccanist what your experience is and what you like about cigars and have them give you some recommendations.
Life’s too short to smoke crappy cigars – unless you are not of age yet, then all of the above does not apply!
