In terms of the bad qualities of smoking tobacco, it is significantly worse because cigars are wrapped in tobacco leaves so you get more of all the bad stuff. Cigarrettes are wrapped in paper.
Cigars have less chemical additives than cigarettes.
Cigars produce mouth cancer more than lung cancer.
Depends on what you use it for… If your last name is Clinton.. It can be VERY BAD!!!
