If I Were Going To Get Cigars For A Man Who Occasionally Smokes A Cigar, What Kind Should I Get?

He’s not enough of a cigar smoker to have a favorite cigar, but he does very occasionally enjoy one. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks!

I’m with Gwynny on this one, if you’ve got access to a decent tobacconist/cigar shop then ask the man behind the counter. Odds are he’ll also be one of the best customers and will know his stuff.
If you don’t have access to one then might I recommend a Montecristo (my preferred choice, but I’m more of a pipe smoker), or if you’re not in the US (and therefore don’t have to worry about their idiotic embargo) then Cuabas are another brand worth looking at.
Your best bet would be to go down to your local tobacco shop and speak with a salesperson. They can tell you all about cigars and well as what they might have to offer. Choosing a cigar can be comparable to selecting a wine . You want something that has been aged and had care put into its construction.
It really does depend on his experience and likes in a cigar – that’s a very subjective area.
However, Ashton and Davidoff make excellent, mild bodied cigars!
A brand called, Macannudo or Te Amo.
Though they are expensive…AL CAPONE cigars are good and sweet. (the ones dipped in cognac)
Find out which kind he prefers. Good Luck!
probably a better brand….:)
Swisher sweet
See if you can score a “real” cubana. Nothing like it.
a cuban…. i don’t know cigars lol
BETTER IDEA! break up any cigar and roll it with weed!
2 expensive ones. Ask the guy at the smoke shop. DON’T buy them at the local liquor store.
