They're inexpensive, easy to conceal and carry around and easy to clean. I keep mine in the little fifth pocket of my jeans etc.. They sell them at any headshop. Mine is made from glass. I think I paid like 15.00 for it and have had it forever. The money you save on buying cigars can afford you more smoke. If you want to conserve, nothing is better than a bong or a pipe. Anything with a small bowl, really.
