Put you cigars in a humidor, or tupperware, or any other sealed container and put a small open jar or bowl of brandy in there with it. The cigar gets infused with the brandy through evaporation. Any other way and you’ll just end up ruining your cigars..
EDIT,, you can expect it to take a couple of weeks minimum, before you get a full flavor, the longer the better. Check occasionaly and make sure your brandy jar has plenty in it.

I’ve never done it with a cigar, but I’ve brandy soaked my fair share of (pipe) tobacco, so I’ll adjust the instructions:
Take the cigar out of the wrapper and weigh it. You’ll need a scale for this.
While it’s unwrapped, let it air out. This will dry it out a bit. Don’t let it get too dry, but leave it out for maybe an hour or so. Set up a fan if you’d like.
Keep track of how much weight is being lost (this will all be water weight). And after you’ve dried it a bit, put brandy in a spray bottle and gently mist the cigar. Don’t let it get too soaked, but make sure that you restore it to its original weight.
Wait for the brandy to soak in, and enjoy.

    What JP said.
But I would only do that with a mediocre cigar – why ruin a good one doing that?
