I wanna flavor my cigars at home with some vanilla or coffe…how do I do that so the cigars get the aroma and taste of vanilla or coffee?

I would not recommend doing this. I think you will wreck a good cigar. However, if you want to try, you must remember that the flavor will come when the cigar is burned. Therefore most flavorings will not work. They have to be safe to burn and inhale the fumes from them.
A common way to flavor a cigar is to rub a little brandy on it. Not enough to get the cigar wet. Just dip your finger in the brandy and rub the cigar some. You can use any brandy, including the flavored brandies. Although I have not seen anyone do this, I would suspect you can use coffee flavored liqueurs also.
