How Can A Non-smoker Best Enjoy His/her First Cigar?

I purchased a box of A. Fuente don Carlos #2′s to pass out in celebration of my daughters’ birth. Eventually I am going to have to smoke one (or two, or more) with friends.
I bought a cheapie cigar just to “practice” on but the taste was equivalent to what I paid. The #2′s, however, are supposed to be some of the better cigars available in the U.S.
Any advice or tips on how to enjoy my first real cigar is greatly appreciated.
Any thoughts on or feedback regarding the particular cigar I purchased is also welcome.

Give yourself time to enjoy it. You can’t rush it like a cigarette. I’ve found that in a relaxed setting and a good cocktail/apertif a good cigar can be heaven. Remeber, carve out enough time to enjoy it.
you’re gonna feel queasy! i don’t smoke and i just chieffed a fancy cigar the other night and whoa nelly! i was spinnin.
It’s probably going to taste nasty since you don’t smoke.Congrats on the birth of your daughter!
dont inhale the smoke into your lungs, just into your mouth
