I would reccomend trying a sparkling water. That fancy french stuff in the green bottle Perier. Or an alternative would be that italian San Pelligrino. Serve over crushed ice and with a lemon or lime. If your looking for a good place to buy your cigars try http://www.cigarfox.com

There are several non-alcoholic options for you, but it really depends on the kind of cigar you're smoking.
Just some ideas: Turkish coffee, hot tea, ice tonic water with lime, non-alcoholic wines, light fruit juice (mineral water with a bit of juice squeezed directly from an orange or lemon).
Like I said, it really does depend on the kind of cigar you're smoking. Sometimes the best is even just ice water, believe it or not. Check out the link I posted as my source. It will help you pair up your cigar and a good non-alcoholic beverage!
Good luck!
