Basically my schools Haloween ball is coming up and me and a mate are going as Mafia gangsters (not very haloweeny i know but what the hell!) Im gonna buy a big fat cuban cigar to complete my look and ill no doubt be smoking the thing later on (don’t worry i am old enough!)
Im told the taste is really awful and makes you throw up so how do i prepare for the taste, i don’t want to vomit all over the dancefloor!!!

Don’t listen to any of the previous answers you have received, yes smoking kills, its a bad habit etc… but your not going to a church picnic your going to a halloween disco. If you haven’t smoked cigars before but you just want to have a cigar to fit your costume, i would just pick the biggest cigar you can get in your price range. (Not necessarily Cuban.)
As for taest Cuban cigars don’t taest awful, Cuba produces some of the finest cigars in the world. Its more of an acquired taest.
when your smoking the cigar, remember it is not a cigarette, limit yourself to one draw per minuet(ish). don’t inhale the full drag, hold it in your mouth for a couple of seconds and then exhale. ( I exhale half the smoke and bring the rest into my lungs but this is entirely down to personal choice)
And most importantly don’t listen to anyone who tells you how you should be smoking your cigar, its yours; you bought it with your money and you can stick it in your eye if that’s what you want to do.
take it easy
The taste is no worse than other cigars, plus, you wont be getting a cuban cigar in America anyway. Just get a nice macanuedo or Romeo y Julieta, get something not to large but not to small either. Remember the most important thing, you do not inhale cigar smoke the way you inhale cigarettes. You basically tast the smoke in your mouth and throat without inhaling into your lungs (which can make you sick — one cigar is as strong as several cigarettes at once.)
If you haven’t smoked a cigar in the past… You may want to try something mild, perhaps a macenudo to prepare yourself somewhat for the onslaught of one of the best cubans on the market. I wouldn’t flash where you are getting them on the web though as they are illegal to bring into the US.
I wouldn’t smoke it! Lung Cancer sucks. Not to mention, everyone around you will be inhaling.
IF you smoke:
You will be twelve times more likely to die from lung cancer (Smoking and Lung Cancer).
You will be ten times more likely to die from some form of lung disease.
You will be ten times more likely to die from cancer of the larynx.
You will be six times more likely to die of heart disease (Smoking and Heart Disease).
You will be twice as likely to die of a stroke.
SO DON’T TRY IT!!!
If you aren’t a cigar smoker, there is not a whole lot that can prepare yourself for the experience
h.ave a bit of gum in your mouth a tissue handy and dont swallow your spit
