Do You Have To Inhale A Cigar For It To Stimulate You?

I was just wondering if I had to actually inhale the cigar into my lungs in order to get it to stimulate me. Does just pulling it into your mouth and letting it back out do anything?
cigars arent meant to be inhaled into your lungs, if u do your gonna get sick and throw up theyre not like cigarettes..im pretty sure theyre just for taste like hookah
Cigars are smoked for flavor and aroma. You want ‘stimulation’, suck on a cigarette.
