Is Letterman Being Replaced With The Talking Cigar Smoking Dog On Conan?

Granted that dog has gone over the line, but not this much and is well bred. The dog does have a French accent and is pretty funny the times I have seen him. Although I am not sure if it would be good for the youths of America to see the dog with the cigar, even though it’s not smoking.
Lets hope so!
I think Conan is really funny. Without benefit of slander.
