Can Any One Tell Me How To Make A Fake Cigar For A One Act Play?

Can any one tell me how to make a fake cigar for a one act play?- I need it for someone to play Groucho Marx!

    My advice would be go to a hardware store and get a 1 inch wood dowel, and paint it up to look like a cigar.

    Just use a real cigar. (Buy a bunch — you’ll want to throw them out after each performance!). As I recall, Groucho’s were never really lit anyway.

    Why waste your time making one go to the store and buy one. IT seem like alot of time wasted trying to make a fake cigar. Good Luck.

    1.wooden stick with cotton around to shape it
    2.paint ends gray
    3.wrap dark brown tape around all but ends
    4.add some label and your ready 2 go

    Hi John, try calling a costume shop. They should have them. Also magic or joke shops have them.

    I think you can actually buy those somewhere.
    I tried to look it up, but no luck.
    I remember in a play earlier in the school year,
    one of the guys in the play was puffing on a fake
    cigar. (It omitted smoke and everything, but it was
    most definitely fake.)
