You just suck it into your mouth as you would when you are drinking, you just don’t breath in…

Draw in air using slow, gentle puffs. If your chugging away to fast the cigar will get to hot. Light it slow and gently puff. Cigars are meant to be sipped and savored like a nice glass of red wine. So sit back enjoy, draw the smoke in, let it swirl around in your mouth and savor it and gently release from your mouth. Let your cigar rest for 30 seconds between puffs your smoke will be cooler. Try to take sips from your cigar by pulling deep draught while placing the cigar between your lips not your teeth.

Think of it the same way as drinking a beverage through a straw and instead of swallowing just letting it out. You just inhale the smoke into your mouth then blow it out, it’s that easy and simple.

its hard to explain. i did it before. like the first answer, you don’t inhale it into your lungs, just suck it in your mouth or as far as it will go for you. its actually not that hard to do, just hard to explain.
