My blood pressure is better than normal. I will smoke a cig or cigar and a few hours later… even maybe the next day I will get a nose bleed. Why?

You could be allergic to tobacco smoke. Or it could be the dryness of the smoke. It drys out your sinuses and causes them to crack and bleed. Sounds like you should stop smoking.

  2. Allie B says:

It is due to dryness in your nasal cavity. There are alot of capillaries up there. But, if you don’t want the nosebleeds, you should quit smoking.

The smoke can make your nasal passages dry. If you must smoke, get saline solution to put in your nose before you smoke.

Smoke irritation and/or allergic reactions to chemicals in the cigar!! Stop doing it!
