in 48 hours you will be dying for one, but if you get beyond that you should be fine. 3 weeks isn't long enough to pick up the habit of learning to smoke to deal with stress.

It should be, Just quit buying them. Or if you find yourself doing it more and more buy a box and smoke as many as you can till you make yourself sick. Thats a good way to get over it. Just remember as long as you want to you can quit.

Well I have been smoking for about 1 and a half years and i managed to quit after about a week it took about 3 months to cut down since i smoke cigarettes but anyway if i have been smoking for that long and you have only been smoking for 3 weeks it isn't that long and you shouldn't be that addicted so i would just stop smoking and try it when you really need one just don't and fins something fun for you to do and keep your mind off it. then after you have got through that you should be ok if you carry on doing things that keep your mind off it every time you need one x hope that essay helps ha ha x

Are you inhaling them? Cigars are not meant to be inhaled but smoked for flavor and aroma
Cigarettes are nothing more than nicotine delivery systems are the most efficient way of delivering the nicotine is by inhalation. If you are inhaling cigars, you are absorbing large amounts of nicotine without the 'benefit' of a filter.
I was a 12 year, 2-pack a day smoker of Camel Filterless or Lucky Strikes and quit about 15 years ago. I have been a 16 year, 3-a-day premium cigar smoker and am not addicted - I can and have stopped smoking for several weeks at a time and do not have the cravings I did when I smoked ciggys. Not a good thing to be smoking cigarettes when you have a sinus infection or chest cold......
