I’m a athlete, And I pride my self on being very healthy. A friend of mine gave me a cigar for my birthday, Is this going to make me less healthy? When im running will I feel it?

Smoke it slowly and don’t inhale. Take your time and try to taste the cigar.
Cigars are not like cigarettes. You don’t inhale them so they don’t affect your lungs as badly, you shouldn’t feel it at all when running (if you do its all in your head). You will be fine.
One recommendation though, prior to smoking it have something to eat. If your not use to nicotine, depending on the cigar you may get a bit of a rush, the food will help counter this.
one cigar will not affect your health. it might leave you with a scratchy throat but it will go away a bit after.
Cigars are not meant to be inhaled like cigarettes. If you just puff it in your mouth and do not inhale the smoke into your lungs, you won’t have any lung problems or get addicted.
Nicotine is stronger in cigars then cigarettes so in that aspect its worse but you don’t inhale and if you do it once its no big deal, should be fine.
Cigars are not inhaled and smoked for flavor and aroma – smoked properly, you will be fine. I work out 4-5 days a week and have friends who are marathon runners who partake without any issues.
I enjoy one about once a week. And if you are a heavy smoker you can inhale a cigar to get the super rush of the increased nic.
